With the kids grown up and moved out, this well traveled couple wanted to update their family home. With an extensive remodel that spanned three floors of this Clarkston home, the homeowners wanted to create a luxury master retreat for themselves and turn a no longer used lower level game room into a sophisticated entertainment space for them to enjoy — especially when their adult children return to Michigan for the holidays.

Inspired by their extensive collection of Asian art gathered over years of travel, we designed a rich and refined bar and billiard area featuring superior craftsmanship for family game nights, an inviting sitting room for catching up beside the fire and a comfortable home theater where they could indulge their passion for film.

We pulled out all the stops to create a master suite designed to pamper the homeowners. With a beautiful three-sided fireplace as the focal point in the master bedroom, to a large custom walk-in closet and a spa bathroom complete with a deep soaking tub and steam shower, this elegant suite has everything our clients could wish for and more.
